Autism Awareness Identification Necklace. This autism awareness necklace (military dog tag style) is made of nickel plated stainless steel. One side of this tag has the autism puzzle pattern with hand applied enamel colors. The other side of the tag has a write on surface that can be used for "name" and "phone #" information. Each autism awareness identification comes with a 24" ball chain and is individually packaged. Tag size: 1 1/8" x 2"
