Returns and Refunds
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please contact us before shipping any items. firstname.lastname@example.org. When contacting, please tell us your order number.
If an item is broken or damaged, please do not return without authorization. In most cases, we require a picture of the damage, and you will be sent a replacement. We only offer a refund when a replacement is not an option. Pictures can be sent to 9197202520 or email@example.com. Please include your name and order number with the picture/s.
Please be kind if something is damaged or broken. It is never our intention to deliver broken or damaged items.
This is also true when the incorrect item gets sent.
***We do not give refunds or replacements for items that are shown as delivered but missing. Please understand this. We know that this is difficult for people. If you live where you have porch pirates, such as my neighborhood, please plan accordingly.
We do not give replacements for items that have been sent to the address that you requested, but you realize was wrong.
To complete your return, we require proof of purchase which would be your order number.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is ineligible for a refund.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery is ineligible for a refund.
***No returns will be accepted for sales of over $500.00. NO Exceptions.
Refunds are issued to the method of payment used for the purchase/purchases.
We charge a 20% restocking fee on all buyer's remorse returns. (Shipping costs are also not refunded).
Please be kind with returns and in any interaction with us. We do not purposely ship a broken item, the wrong item, or an item that you do not like. We realize that buying products is a very personal affair, and the disappointment can be great. However, these are things and not a diagnosis of cancer or a death of a loved one. We do not tolerate being berated, called names, or any other negative behavior. We appreciate your assistance in this matter. Kindness is the answer!!
